This class is an hour of fast paced activity.
The CDC recommends an hour of activity for children every day, and we deliver. Parents comment how well the children sleep the nights they have class.
Master Bill has a variety of fitness activities woven into the martial arts training, keeping the kids busy the entire time. Children practice traditional kicks, blocks and strikes, along with gross motor and fine motor skill development.
They also learn about respect, teamwork, discipline, perseverance, focus, confidence, to name a few. Students need to attend at two classes a week in order to aide in skill retention.
